1. Acceptable use
You agree to use SANQOR only for lawful compliance, screening, and risk-management purposes. You will not attempt to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it, or use it to harass or discriminate against individuals.
2. Use of screening data
Screening results are provided as decision support. You agree not to misuse screening data, redistribute watchlist content outside the platform's intended use, or rely on results for purposes not permitted by applicable law.
3. Customer responsibility for regulatory decisions
Final regulatory and risk decisions remain the responsibility of the customer. SANQOR does not make compliance decisions on your behalf and is not a substitute for your own controls, policies, and trained personnel.
4. Regulatory submissions
SANQOR does not submit reports directly to regulators unless that capability is explicitly enabled and contracted. Where SANQOR offers report packs, you remain responsible for filing and any required follow-up.
5. Availability disclaimer
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. SANQOR is provided “as is” without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, except where required by law.
6. Early access
SANQOR is currently offered in early access. Features, limits, and commercial terms may change. We will give reasonable notice of material changes.
