• Account data — name, email, organisation, role, and authentication credentials for users invited to a tenant.
• Screening data — subject information you submit for screening (e.g. name, identification number, country, reference ID) and the resulting matches and case data.
• API logs — request metadata including timestamp, endpoint, status, and identifiers used for rate limiting and quota enforcement.
• Email logs — delivery status, recipient, and template metadata for transactional emails (e.g. invitations).
• Cookies / analytics — placeholder. We may use limited cookies for authentication and basic analytics. Details will be provided before production launch.

We process data to operate the screening platform, enforce access controls, maintain audit trails, prevent abuse, and improve the service.

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with infrastructure subprocessors required to operate the platform (e.g. cloud hosting, email delivery), each subject to contractual safeguards.

Screening data and audit logs are retained for the duration necessary to support compliance obligations of the tenant. Specific retention periods will be confirmed before production launch.
